The Therapy
I typically work with individuals who recognize that they need to make a change in their life, but are unsure how or why. I enjoy working with people across the lifespan, gender & sexuality spectrum, of all races and ethnicities, and religions. I love getting to know humans.
My approach is straightforward and grounded in a belief that we’re often driven by patterns we aren’t fully aware of—patterns that can leave us feeling stuck, confused, or unsure about how we got here. Together, we'll take a closer look at these patterns and work toward clearer understanding and change.
I see therapy as a partnership. It’s important that we work together, and that sometimes means facing discomfort or frustration as part of the process. I often tell my clients, “If I never frustrate you, I wouldn’t be doing my job.” Growth can be hard, but it’s also where the most meaningful breakthroughs happen.
In our work, I’m more of a "diving board" offering the space for you to go further than you might on your own. I can’t make you jump, but I’ll be there, helping you take that step, guiding you toward deeper self-awareness and growth.
I firmly believe that the things you avoid only get larger. Whether you’re avoiding facing your addiction, managing your emotions, uncovering your trauma, or engaging in your subjective experience, I will be here to help you face it. Therapy is a place for real conversations, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgment.
